Matrimony is personal. This page explains what we keep, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
The details you give us (name, date of birth, mobile number, biodata, photos, preferences), your use of the service, and payment references from our payment provider. We do not store card numbers.
Who sees what
Before a mutual match, others see only a short summary. Your full biodata, contact details and protected photos are shown only after both sides show interest, and only as your privacy settings allow. Family members see your matches only if you invite them.
Identity documents
If you choose ID verification, staff look at the document once to compare your name and date of birth. The document is deleted shortly after the decision. Only the verified badge remains.
How we use your data
To run the service, suggest matches, keep it safe, send codes and notices, and process payments. We do not sell your data and we do not show your profile to advertisers.
Sharing with others
With our SMS and payment providers to deliver codes and take payments, and with authorities when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can edit your details, hide your profile, control who sees your photos, withdraw family access and delete your account. Deleted accounts are erased after a short safety period.
